Check-Out: 9:30 AM

Early Check-In: $40 per suite, subject to availability.

Late Check-Out: Available until 12:00 PM for a fee of $40 per suite, subject to availability.

Late check-out between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM may be available for an additional fee. Please contact the property in advance to request a late check-out.

Property & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policies

Standard Rate:
Non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking. No refund will be provided for cancellations.

Changeable Rate:
The full amount is charged at the time of reservation. If the original dates are canceled, a credit will be issued toward a future stay within 12 months of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

If your arrival is delayed, please notify the hotel as soon as possible. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date or notify the hotel of a delayed arrival will be considered a no-show. The remainder of the reservation will be canceled, and the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Promotional Rates

"Go-Green" Saver Rate

Non-refundable. The full amount is charged at the time of reservation. No refund will be provided for cancellations.

A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.

Basic housekeeping is provided during the stay and includes daily emptying of waste bins.

Additional housekeeping is available upon request for $25 per service day.

Towel replacement: $2 per towel.

Changeable Rate

The full amount is charged at the time of reservation. If the original dates are canceled, a credit will be issued toward a future stay within 12 months of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

Booking Modifications

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

If a date change is available, the nightly rate for the new dates may be higher than the original rate. Any difference in rates must be paid when the modification is confirmed.

Travel insurance is not included in room rates.

Property Policies

Smoking Policy

Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property, including guest suites.

A minimum $350 smoking fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside a suite.

Children

Children are welcome at Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites.

Damages & Incidentals

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

A minimum charge of $100 may apply for damages that require cleaning, repair, or replacement and may affect the property's ability to resell or prepare a suite for the next guest.

By checking in to Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites, guests acknowledge and agree that applicable damage or incidental charges may be charged upon checkout.

Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites reserves the right to require a guest to leave the property if their behavior demonstrates a serious lack of care, causes damage, disrupts other guests, or negatively affects the safety, guest experience, or operation of the property.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Smoking inside a suite or other prohibited areas
• Damage to property or furnishings
• Excessive noise or unreasonable disruption
• Drug use or possession
• Excessive alcohol consumption that results in disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Breakage or misuse of property

Guests who are required to leave the property due to such behavior may not be entitled to a refund.

Personal Information

Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites does not sell guests' personal information to third parties.

Payment Policy

Before check-in, the credit card used to secure the reservation and must be presented to a member of our staff at check-in. The cardholder must also present matching photo identification.

Accepted identification includes:

• Valid driver's license
• National identification card
• Valid passport

If the credit card used to make the reservation is not available at check-in, the guest may elect to pay the balance in cash, subject to the property's payment requirements.

If a guest is unable to present both the credit card used to secure the reservation and matching photo identification, Torre Mar Galápagos Boutique Suites reserves the right to decline check-in and access to the property.

We reserve the right to charge or pre-authorize the credit card provided at the time of booking or check-in for amounts up to the total value of the reservation and any requested services, including applicable extras, damages, or incidental charges.

A pre-authorization may be used to securely guarantee funds for accommodation and incidental charges.

Declined Payments

If a payment or credit-card pre-authorization is declined, the guest may be required to provide a valid alternative credit card to confirm and maintain the reservation.

Damage & Excessive Cleaning

Damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear may result in a minimum charge of $100, at the discretion of management.

Applicable charges may be charged to the credit card provided at check-in for incidentals.
