Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 9:30 AM

Early Check-in: $40.00 per suite

Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: $40.00 per suite

Late check-out (after 9:30 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellation policies:
Standard: Nonrefundable, full amount charged at the time of reservation and no refund if canceled.
Changable Rate:
Changable dates, full amount charged at the time of reservation. If original dates are cancelled a credit will be applied to future dates within 12 months of the original check-in based on availability.
No Show:
If there is a delay in your arrival notify the the hotel. Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date or notify the hotel of a delay in your arrival will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. You will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Promotional Rates:
Non-refundable, full amount charged at the time of reservation and no refund if canceled.
'Go-Green' Saver:
Non-refundable, full amount charged at the time of reservation and no refund if canceled. Basic Housekeeping will be provided only in that bins will be emptied daily during stay. Minumum of 4 nights required.
Housekeeping upon request is $25 per service day.
Towel change charge $2.00 per towel
Changable Rate:
Changable dates, full amount charged at the time of reservation. If original dates are cancelled, a credit will be applied to future dates within 12 months of the original check-in based on availability.
No Show:

Booking Modifications
Modifications are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to a higher rate that will apply. The difference between rates may be required in confirming such changes. 

Travel insurance is not included in Rates

SMOKING POLICY: Non-smoking in all areas of the property

CHILDREN: Children are welcome.

Damages + Incidentals 

The Torre Mar Galapagos Boutique Suites have a min charge of $100 to damages incurred to all or part of the property which may affect the potential to re-sell a room upon checkout. It is understood that upon checking into Torre Mar Galapagos Boutique Suites, you agree to such charges being taken upon checkout in covering such expense.
The Torre Mar Galapagos Boutique Suites reserves the right to request guests depart the property whom display a lack of care, damage or disrupt the general atmosphere, guest experience and business reputation during their stay. This includes but is not limited too; smoking in house, in room breakages, drug/ alcohol consumption, property damages and/ or in causing unreasonable disruption to other guests.
A minimum $350 charge if a guest smokes in the suite.

Personal information: We do not sell our guests personal information to a third party.

PAYMENT POLICY

Before check-in, the valid credit card that was used to secure the reservation will need to be sighted by our staff member. This will be requested along with matching photo identification of the cardholder and the guest checking in. We accept a current driver's license, national ID, or valid passport. The guest may opt to pay in cash if the credit card is not available. For guests unable to present both a matching credit card and photo identification, we reserve the right to decline check-in and access to Torre Mar Galapagos Boutique Suites.

We reserve the right to charge and/ or pre-authorise your credit card at any time after the booking is made, for any amount, but not more than the total amount of your booking and requested services, including any extras. The purpose is to securely guarantee funds for accommodation and incidental charges.

Excessive damage that exceeds expected wear and tear may incur a minimum cleaning or replacement fee of $100 and will be at the discretion of management and guest services staff. This will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of check-in for incidentals.

If a pre-authorisation/charge is declined, we will request a new credit card number be provided to confirm the reservations.
